Sales Operations (FT)

We are looking for a professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations
  • Preserve excellent levels of customer service
  • Purchase goods
  • Identify customers needs
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Requirements

  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Promotions (PT)

We are looking for current university students to support us on sampling events. This is a temporary position for flexible work in between your studies.

Responsibilities

  • Organize sampling events
  • Run sampling initiatives
  • Report on results on a weekly basis

Sales Strategy (FT)

We are looking for a strategy professional to work closely with our channel strategy team to incorporate brand/category inputs used in the development of Sales/Channel Strategy.

Responsibilites

  • Develop initiative plans and integrate in the sales/channel priority calendar
  • Provide input into pricing strategy
  • Provide sales perspective in the development of category/brand sales forecasts
  • Work volume forecasts issues to resolution
  • Work with Merchandising/shelf managers to integrate category / brand shelving and merchandising needs into the Sales priorities
  • Lead the development of and communicates category/brand shelf standards
  • Lead/own the development of selling tools for initiatives and promotion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in strategy, preferred with focus on sales
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
